How to Order & Editing Fees

1. Type Your Dimensions: Use the custom field box above to tell us your exact required printed size or shape, then complete checkout.
2. Email Your Image: Email your high-resolution file to cakedeco@sensationalparties.com.au along with your website order number.
3. Accepted Formats: We accept JPEG or PNG files only. Please do not send PDFs, as formatting can change.

Understanding Our Design & Editing Fees

To keep our base printing price at just $25, your image file must be sent to us already cropped and sized exactly how you want it printed. If your file requires extra computer work by us, the following standard fees apply:

• FREE ($0.00): You supply a single, high-quality JPEG/PNG image that is already cropped, centered, and ready to print with no changes needed.
• $15.00 Basic Setup Fee: Applies if we need to manually crop your image into a custom shape, resize it to your specific dimensions, add basic text, or arrange multiple images onto the page for you.
• $35.00 Complex Editing Fee: Applies for advanced custom design work, such as blending multiple photos together, changing background colours, complex image manipulation, or editing low-quality screenshots to make them printable.

(Note: If your file requires an editing fee, we will always notify you and send an update before we begin printing!)

Colour & Print Disclaimer

Edible inks behave differently than standard printer inks or backlit digital screens. While we always strive to achieve the best result possible, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match. Some highly vibrant, neon, or complex multi-colored designs may print slightly differently or appear less intense than they do on a phone or monitor.

• Gracemere & Surrounds (Within 15km): $20.00 flat delivery fee (delivered between 9am & 3.30pm on your required date)
• Australia-Wide Shipping: $11.00 Standard Tracked / $14.00 Express Post Tracked (Flat rate up to 5kg for flat items) (Postal orders ship within 1-2 days)
